“ Stopped by Renton Bistro for a weekend lunch around 11 am, and thankfully, we didn't have to wait for a table even though the restaurant was nearly full. I ordered the Rare Beef and Vinegar Salad and Bun Dau Mam Tom. Portions were decent for the price, but I felt the salad could've used a bit more punch. It had barely any onion or cabbage, and I wished for a stronger vinegar flavor--seemed like only one slice of onion made it in! Overall, decent meal but could use a bit more depth in flavor. ”

“ We came here on a Friday at 6:30. There was a bit of wait but not outrageous. After 30 minutes we got seated. The waiter was very nice and gave us ample time to go over the menu and make our selection. The food was real good. There are a bunch of flavors and makes you want to keep on eating even when you are full. I recommend the Bun Bo Hue, the pork chop broken rice plate and the sui sui chicken pot. ”

“ This is easily one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle. It's located in Renton inside what appears to be a converted house, adding to its charm. The food was excellent--every dish was delicious, and their fish sauce is the best I've ever had. I loved the banh xeo and the platter with rice noodles, various meats, and veggies that you can wrap into spring rolls--so delicious and filling. The fish sauce wings were perfectly crunchy, well-coated, and seasoned. While the bun rieu (a crab-based soup) was just okay--I've had better--service was okay but the overall food experience was great. I'll definitely be coming back to try more dishes! ”

“ We came in last night for a wonderful meal. They are understaffed at the moment but their food is so worth the wait and we enjoyed excellent service! We didn't have to wait too long, but we were also a party of two. We enjoyed the following: Spring rolls with peanut sauce Fish sauce wing (Canh Ga Nuoc Man)-these wings were spicy, sticky, savory and wonderful. GET THESE. Vietnamese crepe (Bahn Xeo)-this crepe is amazing! We cut it up, and put pieces of the crepe in the lettuce wraps and basil. We weren't sure of the exact way to eat this, but it was excellent. Shrimp Pattie noodle (Bun Chao Tom)-this was refreshing and good. Their house fish sauce was heavenly with their food. We can't come back soon enough. ”
